White ink adds value to prints

The combination of white and color inks adds value when printing on transparent media.
Compared to other inks, UV-curable inks create thicker ink films, reducing light transmittance in colored areas and enabling vibrant colors even on backlit signage. Furthermore, white ink supports three-layer printing (color + white + color). This ensures beautiful color on backlit signage at any time of day or night.

Built-in LED light allows operators to check print quality of backlit signs during printing operation

The front of the machine is equipped with an LED light, which allows the operator to check the print quality under almost the same conditions as a backlit sign.

3.2m wide LED-UV printer brings high production efficiency

The new model requires no drying and can be handled and operated immediately after printing, reducing overall operation time.
In high-speed mode (300 × 600 dpi, 4 passes), banner materials can achieve a high print speed of 60 square meters per hour.
The 3.2-meter print width enables dual-roll printing.

Solutions for uninterrupted printing operations

The Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) automatically detects and cleans clogged nozzles. Additionally, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) replaces a clogged nozzle with a good one if cleaning fails. These features maintain continuous printing and reduce wasted prints caused by nozzle failures.
