Safe and stable machine equipped with Mimaki technology

The TxF300-75 is Mimaki’s first DTF (Direct to Film) printer, with a maximum print width of 80 cm. It is designed for producing DTF transfer paper. The PHT50 DTF-specific thermal transfer pigment ink, which includes five colors (CMYK and white), has been awarded ECO PASSPORT certification, a key requirement for meeting international textile safety standards.

DTF printers have long been plagued by ink jetting defects and white ink clogging. To address these issues, Mimaki has adopted a degassing ink design, aluminum packaging for the printer’s ink packaging, and equipped it with MCTv2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) white ink circulation. The new printers are also equipped with Mimaki’s NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) technologies to support stable operation. These ensure continuous printing without downtime, supporting customer production.

Printing method: Printing directly on DTF film, spraying hot melt powder, heating and drying to form a transferable ink layer, and then transferring it to fabrics such as T-shirts through heat pressing.
