The TS100-1600, equipped with two newly developed printheads, is a thermal sublimation transfer inkjet printer designed to consistently deliver high quality, high productivity, and stable operation. Its high-speed printing speed is approximately twice that of conventional textile printers.
In addition to features such as the NCU (Nozzle Check Unit), NRS (Nozzle Recovery System), and MAPS4 (Mimaki Advanced Pass System4) that ensure stable, high-quality printing, the new “100 Series” printers also feature the DAS (Dot Adjustment System). This automates dot position and paper feed correction, previously a manual process, reducing operator workload.
